Billed monthly, in advance. The first invoice goes out when you sign up, and sending starts once it is paid. No setup fee. The allowance resets each month and does not roll over.
Beyond the allowance. A cent per WhatsApp message, fifteen cents per SMS part, added to next month's invoice. A part is 160 characters, or 70 with an accent or an emoji, so a long notice is two or three. Sending stops at double the allowance, so a bill can never run away from you.
14 days' grace. You have 14 days after the due date to pay. Then service pauses — and resumes as soon as payment lands.
