Bookings and orders, asked for by phone.
Your customers book and order by WhatsApp, in numbered choices — for salons, clinics, photographers, cookshops and gas sellers. Dial-a-code on any phone is next.
How it works.
- Start from a pack, make it yours.
Ready-made menus for salons, clinics, photographers, cookshops and gas sellers. Drag the questions into order, set your hours, try it, publish.
- Customers ask, any time.
Numbered choices on WhatsApp — no app, no typing dates. Menu offers only what is open: your hours, your days off, the times still free.
- You say yes or no.
Approve each request first, or let them through on their own — your choice, menu by menu. Answer from the dashboard or from your phone.
- A code when they arrive.
Each request carries a code. The customer gives it when they arrive, your staff enter it, and the request closes on record.
One menu, many businesses.
Barber, hair or nails, with a stylist or whoever is free. Only open slots are offered.
At the salon or at home — the menu asks for the address when it is home.
Mark them off today and their times come off the menu at once. Bookings already made are listed for moving.
Plans, in the open.
- Sessions included
- $7
- All WhatsApp, that is
- 350
- Or all USSD dials
- 70
- Menu pauses at
- $14
The first invoice goes out when you sign up; your menu opens once it is paid. No setup fee. The allowance resets each month and does not roll over.
A session is counted only when it reaches your menu. A WhatsApp conversation is one customer with you for up to a day, however many requests they make in it; a USSD session is one dial, start to hang-up. Your staff answering from their phones count too.
Two cents per WhatsApp conversation, ten cents per USSD dial, on next month's invoice. Your menu pauses at double the allowance.
Link Raven (Micro, $10 a month) and customers get their code and reminders by SMS or WhatsApp, and your staff are told of each new request. Without it, the code shows on the customer’s last screen. Messages are billed by Raven; what is priced here is Menu.
It takes requests; it does not take payment or count stock. Whether the jollof is still on is your yes or no.
14 days after the due date to pay. Then your menu pauses, and opens again as soon as payment lands.
